I hold a Master Degree in Computer Science and Management from Polytech Montpellier. Then I moved to the Netherlands.

That move is what actually started my entrepreneurial career. Everything I have built, I built here — and I am now building new ventures out of Rotterdam.

2019 — 2024

Lox: from a side project to a Sendcloud company

With Dylan and Anna we found a real pain in the market: logistics companies could not control their logistical costs or their end-of-delivery issues — parcels lost, late or damaged. With some smart automation we quickly signed some big brands and grew from 3 people to 15 and €1M in annual recurring revenue. Sendcloud acquired Lox in December 2024.

How it happened

  1. 2016 — 2019

    Computer Science and Management at Polytech Montpellier

    I took a master's degree in Computer Science and Management. The combination mattered more than either half: enough engineering to build the thing, and enough management to understand how to build a team of competent people and run the money side of the company.

  2. 2019 — 2020

    Learning logistics from the inside at HelloPrint

    I joined HelloPrint in Rotterdam as a data analyst intern and stayed on as Lead Supply Chain Analyst, building supply chain reporting and analysis in SQL and Python. That is where I saw the problem up close: nobody could actually control what delivery went wrong, or what it cost when it did. It is also where I met entrepreneurial-minded people who pushed me to start my own company and supported us along the way. I am truly grateful to them.

  3. February 2019

    A bedroom project

    Lox started on the side, with Dylan and Anna, while I was still studying and working. No funding, no logistics background, and a problem nobody found interesting enough to have solved properly.

  4. April 2020

    Full time, one week before Covid

    One week after I went full time, Covid hit. There was nothing else to do but build the company.

  5. 2022 — 2024

    Smart automation, and then big brands

    With some smart automation the manual back-and-forth disappeared: detect the issue, gather the evidence, file the claim, chase it, reconcile the money. We signed big brands quickly — Vestiaire Collective, Fairphone, E.Leclerc, Yellow Korner, Dafy Moto — and grew from 3 people to 15 and €1M in annual recurring revenue.

  6. 19 December 2024

    Sendcloud acquires Lox

    Sendcloud, the Eindhoven shipping platform used by more than 25,000 businesses, acquired Lox. We had strong momentum but a niche product; they were the market leader and needed our tool to complete their product suite. The fit was great — and Rob, Bas and Sabi, Sendcloud's founders, had the same vision and way of working as us.

  7. Dec 2024 — Jul 2026

    Leading the Lox × Sendcloud integration

    I led the technical migration of Lox into Sendcloud. Merging a small team's product into a platform serving tens of thousands of businesses is the part of an acquisition nobody writes about, and it is mostly unglamorous decisions about data models, ownership and what to switch off.

  8. July 2026

    Starting again

    With the migration successfully delivered, I decided to pursue my entrepreneurial career and stopped at Sendcloud. I now co-found and co-own new ventures out of Rotterdam, and I am most interested in places where technology can leverage human competence to accelerate change.
